Returns & Exchanges Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make sure you include all necessary information.
Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include:
- The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
- A copy of your original order confirmation
- A note explaining the reason for return

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure everyone’s safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Costume Wigs (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened or used Adult Costumes and Kids Costumes
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
