Returns & Exchanges Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2 Wait for Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

3 Package Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include:

  • The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
  • A copy of your original order confirmation
  • A note explaining the reason for return
4 Ship Your Return

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Costume Wigs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Opened or used Adult Costumes and Kids Costumes
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
